A couple of mutts.
A fellow woodworker is doing a cabinet for a lady who is a dog lover. He is going to inlay one of these carved disks into each side of the cabinet with the dogs facing the front of the cabinet.
These are shown without finish. Done in red oak.
Carving time was a little over 1.5 hrs each.

The circles are 10" in diameter. The mutts are roughly 6" tall and carved 5/16" deep.

With the business you have I bet you could pay for it in no time with personalizing/embellishing your display racks for a added fee.

I could think of a lot of things I could use it for to branch out my shop with new items.

Can a guy use a CNC machine to cut triangles out of a tortilla to make authentic, home-style tortilla chips?
