It was obviously packaged by people that care about the costumer and don't want anything to be detrimental to the costumer's enjoyment of the equipment. It also seems that the warehouse and freight personnel took extreme care to make sure that boxes were not damaged during transit. A sure sign that you are dealing with a superior manufacturer and freight company.
You may not have a chance to experience their customer service department.

I eagerly await your report on the fit and finish.

Naw, not yet.

I have a corner TV armoire I need to deliver on Friday morning and I need to get that wrapped up and ready tomorrow.

I'll play with it this weekend. My neighbor will be home too, so I can get help lifting the motor, head, and drum assembly onto the stand. The assembly weighs 220 Lbs and I'm old and decrepit and would hurt myself trying to lift it alone.
