Default Sumbody in trouwble

Woman who lives behind my daughter is a legit whack job, been locked up for physc evals many times. My daughter is pleasant to her, waves to her but doesn't get involved. This woman is nuts and should not be out on the streets.

Jen is still involved with FEMA but no longer on the med team, she's now working with the RI State police as one of the search and rescue dog handlers, just got her own dawg Bella. They spent the weekend in Springfield as a training excerise. Head state police dog handler dropped them off yesterday and Jen said she was taking Bella to the pond behind the houses. Matt took his dog down too.

On the way back near the whack jobs house both dogs 'spotted'. They found drugs, a whole bunch of mary j wanna. Tonight there's a cookout at Jens, they'll be 3-4 statey's with their dogs there. Whacko is going down..

Did she have a warrant to walk on the wackjob's property so the dog's could get close enough to mark the stuff? I seem to remember our forefathers publishing some sort of documents about unlawful searches......just saying........

Not to be a stick in the mud...rental property or not, a warrant should be needed for searching, any evidence found without a warrant is not good in court.

if the "stuff" in question is in plain sight, there is no warrant needed, according the the "Plain View Doctrine".

Hmmm, that has me thinking (dangerous, I know) but what about the police crossing non-public property to get a lookie at your property? should that be allowed or if you live out in the boonies, isn't there a reasonable expectation that someone other than your neighbor going to be snooping at your hot wife that likes to sunbathe in her birthday suit in the backyard.

Police in airplanes, helicopter, maybe even drones are constantly overflying your property looking for your stash. Perfectly legal. BTW, "your" is not used to imply CC has a stash.

If it is out in plain sight, you are toast.
