Default 'Mater!!!

Did you get permission from the Little Lady to join me on the road trip to Grizzly in Springfield friday?

(if you say no, then I'm gonna tell her how much you really paid for all your tools!)

I've been there a couple times, Steve. I can't wait to get there this time!

Box, yup! This is the bandsaw trip!

Still haven't made up my mind if I'm getting the G0513X2 or the Polar Bear G0513P. If I get the Polar Bear, then I can get a big 1hp buffer setup also.

I'm leaning towards the G0513X2 right now, though. The cast iron trunnion, wheels and foot brake has the edge. I can get a big buffer later.

Don't pass up a meal at Lambert's as long as you're that close.

Permission? What's this permission you speak of? He HAS to go to help you with the heavy lifting. Yeah, that's it, to help with the lifting. That's why he needs to go. Every big purchase like that requires two people (or more) with strong backs and weak minds.

Yep, just a little farther south on 65.
Awesome family style grub.
Don't get knocked in the head by one of those rolls.

I love Lambert's. I stop by there every time I'm in the area. They were going to build one by me next door to the Bass Pro in Independence, MO, but then the economy crash hit and the plans were postponed indefinitely.

'MATER! Where are you?!?!?!?!

Unfortunately no. I'll be in Springfield but it will be on other business. Doubt I even get to stop in at Grizzly this time.

Drive safe and enjoy the beast once you get it home.

Pick up one of these when you are there. Seriously the best tool in my shop besides my table saw. Once I got this I was very sad at all the time I wasted sanding with a drum sander. I can even send ya a box of belts because as of the current time I have about 500 made up for my sander. Just don't drop it off the truck like my friend and I did to his.
