Default Widescreen monitor

I bought a 22 inch widescreen monitor.... why do most of the subjects in my digital pics look distorted? Anything I can do to fix that....

Got a model number? You need to find the native resolution and set it to that. LCDs only look their best at it.

Have you tried setting it to 1680 x 1050?

What do I need another video card?
Well... your video card has to be able to support that resolution. It mat be as simple as a driver update.

I got a HP Pavilion 620n Athlon running xp sp 2.... with a built in video card...

IT's specs are VIA/S3G Unichrome IGP... 64MB
I think I am SOL on this card...
