Default Greene and Greene coffee table-all over but the crying

Well, it is finally done. All that is left is to attach the drawer pull, which I am currently making out of solid ebony. I just wanted to get it out of the shop so I could get the car back in the garage. Finish process was 2 applications of brown mahogany alanine dye from woodcraft. 3-5 coats of Arm-R-Seal satin, with a light sanding with 600 grit paper after the 2nd coat. And a final rubbing out with 0000 steel wool and wool-lube. Finally an application of renaissance wax to complete it. Here are a couple of final shots:

Here is a shot with the breadboard end. Please excuse the sorry couch, thats what I got in the divorce, when bones makes his next run I will get some QSWO and make a better sofa.

And finally the just some cool grain for the drawer:

Ok, not quite working, here is the link:

Well done, great G & G example. Sweet taper/shadow detail in the foot to collect the eye, hope your sofa re-doux enjoys the same feature.

Cheers,
