Frank left the company about 3 years ago. Everybody here really liked him, so it was kind of a shame. I believe he now works on computers. Were you friends?

Hi Tim,

I hope my dealings with Frank were an isolated incident, but he was singularly responsible for me taking my future business elsewhere than Laguna.

I've still yet to receive the extensions to the Timbermaster I purchased, and wrote your company off after a series of missteps that were the epitome of a "Laguna Nightmare."

You guys make a very nice bandsaw, but the fact that I wrote off the extension to the Timbermaster after I bought and paid for it, indicates how bad my transaction was.

If you ever want to talk in regards to this experience, please call me at (800) 234-1976 ext. 9617. It's been a couple years, so i'm not sure what or how much I can do, but I will sure give it my best.

I do know the ownership here pretty well, they are really good people and certainly don't want our customers to feel this way. In the past year, we have had a major overhaul in the structure our customer service team, and I believe it to be a much better group today. Once again I sincerly apologize for your situation, and am willing to help in any way that I can.
